About Jio

Jio is Reliance's mobile network in India, and JioFiber is its fixed broadband. They share a brand and not always a failure. A fiber cut on a street does not take the mobile network down, and a congested tower does not explain a dark fiber terminal.

A fault at home, or a wider problem?

For JioFiber, check the optical terminal lights before the Wi-Fi router. For mobile, test outdoors. Mention JioFiber or mobile in the report so the two are not counted as the same incident.
